Most eSIM issues can be fixed in a few minutes with the right sequence.

Activation Failed

  1. Recheck QR code and manual activation details.
  2. Ensure Wi-Fi is stable during installation.
  3. Remove partial profile and reinstall if needed.

No Signal After Arrival

  1. Turn airplane mode on and off.
  2. Set the eSIM line as mobile data line.
  3. Enable data roaming for the eSIM line.

Data Connected but No Internet

  1. Check APN settings from provider instructions.
  2. Disable VPN and private relay temporarily.
  3. Restart device and retry.

Preventive Checklist

  • Install before departure.
  • Save QR and activation code screenshots.
  • Keep one backup internet option for first connection.
